A Typical Day

We get 100’s of inquires about our conservatory insulation every day. We decided to track such an instance to give an insight into the whole process.


The Start Of It All

On the 11th January 2022 at 13:35 Mr W of Swindon, saw one of our adverts on Facebook and enquired via the website.  On the same day about 20 minutes later Lisa from our customer care team gave Mr W a call to discuss the process and how we would progress the enquiry further. After a 5 minute conversation Lisa and Mr W agreed a date and time he would be available for one of our specialists to visit.


We Come to You

Sure enough 10:30 on 13th January, Keith arrived to explain our unique product and how it would help Mr and Mrs W to keep their conservatory warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer as well as quieter all year round.

By 11:30 Keith was taking images of the existing conservatory so that our fitters would have an understanding of what they were required to do when they arrived. Mr and Mrs W agreed on the benefits and signed up for an installation. By noon Keith was on his way to the next visit whilst Mr & Mrs W had a “pencilled in” installation date of the 2nd February 2022

When does it work for You?

On Monday the 17th of January Nicole from the customer service team contacted Mr W to confirm the installation date and a letter of confirmation was sent.

Mr and Mrs W just needed to wait for the installation team to arrive.

Job Complete and What a Difference

On the 02/02/2022 08:30 Barry and John from our fitting team arrived to begin the installation and by lunch had the insulation fitted and started to work on the interior finish.

Mr W said “Barry (Baz) and John were great – thank you. The installation is of a high standard and they were both a pleasure to have with us.” The finished job can be seen below.
