We will guarantee that if a customer receives a credible written like for like quote from another company within 14 days of placing their order with us, we will match that price.
If we cannot match it, we will return their full deposit by bank transfer within 48 hours.

Internal Insulation & TYC Price Protection
For customers deciding whether to install internal insulation only or upgrade to include tiles as well, we offer a unique long-term guarantee.
If the customer commits now to internal insulation, we will guarantee in writing that they can upgrade to tiles at any point in the next 24 months, and they will pay only the price difference based on today’s rates.
This protects customers from:
- price increases
- seasonal cost changes
- future inflation
- the need to make an instant decision
This will allow the customer to move ahead with confidence, knowing they can upgrade later at the same price difference that they would pay today.
