In these terms and conditions Conservatory Insulations is called “the Company” and the person(s) signing over leaf as Purchaser together with any person, company or organisation or other body together with and on behalf of whom such signature is given is referred to as “the Customer”.
  1. Any description of the products and their effects is as set out in the current descriptive literature issued by the company. Under these circumstances no additional representations shall bind the Company unless the same has been put into writing and signed by a Director of the Company.

  2. The type of specification and arrangement of each and every item of material used in the product and installation shall be as determined by the company. The Company’s policy is to continue to develop and improve and therefore it reserves the right to vary the design and/or specification of any installation without prior notice to the customer.

  3. The Company will do its best to deliver the product on the date specified but in the case of unforseen circumstances such date of necessity will only be approximate and not a fundamental part of the agreement. The Company cannot be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused through such, or any delays. If the Company is unable to meet delivery or installation dates, the Company reserves the right to cancel the agreement without liability.

  4. The Company will not be liable for any consequential loss of any description that may result from the product not being installed on time, or at all, for whatever reason.

  5. Access will be provided to the premises where the work is to be carried out at all reasonable times for the purpose of completing the installation and carry out any necessary remedial work. During installation, at no point will we penetrate completely any part of the conservatory. Conservatory Insulations offers no warranty work in respect of water ingress or leaks due to natural wear and tear on the structure.

  6. The Customer agrees to provide free use of any necessary services, already available in the property, for the purpose of carrying out the installation

  7. Payment of the balance due shall be paid on completion of the installation.

  8. The materials all parts therein, shall remain the sole property of the Company unless and until the full purchase price is paid.

  9. Any guarantee that is supplied with the installation shall have no effect unless and until the full price of the installation is paid on the due date.

  10. This Contract is subject to Head Office Approval and the Company reserves the right to withdraw from this Contract at anytime prior to delivery if, before or after survey, the installation whether for under pricing, technical or structural reason or otherwise shall be deemed by the Company to be impracticable.

  11. Any concessions, latitude or waiver allowed by the Company at time in respect of the performance of this Contract shall be without prejudice to its strict and full rights under this Contract and shall not prevent the Company subsequently exercising such rights.

  12. The Fitter will help move large furniture if necessary, but cannot be held responsible for any damage to any item whatsoever.

You have fourteen days starting on the day you receive this copy. You can use the form provided below. If you cancel an order within the cancellation period, any monies paid will be returned to you.
