“I can highly recommend getting your conservatory insulated. It has completely changed when/how we use the conservatory now. Warm in winter, not unbearable in the summer !
We had our installation a year ago and wished we’d done it sooner.

“Absolutely superb. We are 1 year into our Conservatory Insulations installed ceiling.

Quote was competitive, and after going round to visit a local house who had had it done, we went ahead and the insulation installed on our PVC roofed large conservatory. It is our dining room, so an important space, with usual issues of too hot in summer and too cold (really cold!) in winter.

The fitters arrived on the scheduled day, and completed the work quickly and did a great job of everything.

We also installed perfect fit thermal blinds, which also help.

Since then we have been through a summer with good hot spells, and a winter with plenty of cold, wet and snowy weather.

It is a cliche - but usably cool in the summer and warm in the winter are absolutely correct. It has completely transformed the room, way beyond expectations.

Interestingly, as the conservatory is an extension to the kitchen, we were worried about the new ceiling blocking too much light and making the interior of the kitchen darker. The opposite is true - it reflects more light in general into kitchen and around the conservatory so the whole thing is brighter, without the feeling of being underneath a solar magnifier.

Highly recommended.”

The salesman came round and after a bit of haggling made us a great offer which we accepted. They kept us informed until the day the fitting team turned up.
The fitting team were very professional and made an excellent job no mess either.
We can’t recommend them enough excellent service”

Frequently asked questions about our conservatory conversions

How are your conservatory conversions carried out?

There are various steps in the process for a conservatory roof conversion:

  • We first review your conservatory to ensure it is in good condition for a conservatory conversion. Your roof will be inspected by our conservatory specialists to see if it is fit for a new conservatory roof conversion.
  • Once your conservatory is inspected, we will then remove your polycarbonate roof, as this is what most conservatories have, and replace it with an aluminium structure that can support your new insulated roof and withstand your conservatory tiles.
  • The insulation for your conservatory roof conversion will include our unique and bespoke, state-of-the-art technology, the CHRIS insulation system. This is technology that we at CI Group take pride in and it is a highly effective component of the process when we convert your conservatory to a room.

What is the cost to replace a conservatory roof?

We cannot provide an exact price due to conservatories coming in all different shapes and sizes, however, we offer payment options that make it an affordable choice. At C.I. Group, we don’t want a customer to be priced out of a conservatory roof conversion. That is why we have interest-free payment plans designed to break the cost down into more manageable chunks.

The first option is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment. This allows you to have your conservatory installed which you can then pay for in 6-12 months. The other option is paying as little as £15 per month with no interest added on for 36 months. We want you to experience your conservatory as a room that you can enjoy and with our conservatory conversions, without cost being a significant factor. For more information about our pricing, view our finance options to find out if a conservatory roof conversion is viable for you.

How long does a conservatory conversion take to install?

The whole installation process of your conservatory roof conversion is quick without ever compromising on quality. Once our conservatory conversion experts arrive at your home, depending on the size of your conservatory, it will take no longer than a day to install your conservatory roof conversion. So, you can let our team into your home, you can work a full day at work and by the time you are finished, you can guarantee your conservatory will be converted into a room that you will start to love. Plus, our team is very tidy, so you won’t need to clean up after!

Will lights and ceiling fans be refitted once the conservatory roof conversion is complete?

Absolutely, we will leave the design of your conservatory roof exactly how we left it. If you have a ceiling fan then we can attach that back onto the roof, the same with lighting. If you have a ceiling window, we can also install this back in, ensuring the tiles are cut out precisely. If you don’t currently have a ceiling window installed in your conservatory but you would like one, we can also offer that to ensure you have enough light once your conservatory conversion is complete.
